About the Team:

The B&M Retail team handles in-store pharmacy operations and customer service excellence by integrating efforts with warehousing, merchandising, and marketing departments.

Job Role:

You will work as a Pharmacist responsible for managing store-level pharmaceutical services, customer satisfaction, inventory management, and compliance protocols.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Performance and Sales

• Achieve daily sales targets including private label, generics, and diagnostics.
• Call prescription customers and follow up on dormant users.

2. Omnichannel Order Management

• Ensure 0% pushback and full TAT compliance on online/offline orders.

3. Customer Service

• Greet customers respectfully.
• Understand requirements via store, calls, and WhatsApp.
• Conduct home deliveries as needed.

4. Inventory Management

• Handle inward inventory and SKU audits.
• Manage expiry pullouts and data accuracy.

5. Compliance & Banking

• Maintain cold chain records, billing regularization, and daily cash ledgers.

6. Store Hygiene & Merchandising

• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.
• Apply discount tags and brand display SOPs.

7. Marketing Activities

• Set up promotional content.
• Participate in outreach events and inform customers of offers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Pharmacy
• 1–3 years experience in a pharmacy environment
• Valid registration with the State Pharmacy Council
• Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ethical behavior and attention to detail
• Proficiency in pharmacy software and basic computer skills
